And again, I’ll give you a few moments as you do this, a few moments of silence and as you imagine this…

You feel good… you just feel good knowing… truly knowing that you’re calm.

You’re confident… you’re relaxed around water… you’re just good…

You feel so good knowing that you do always feel calm and confident in the water…

And just a few more times now say this to yourself…

You feel good… you just feel good knowing… truly knowing that you’re calm.

You’re confident… you’re relaxed around the water… you’re just good…

You feel so good knowing that you do always feel calm and confident in the water…

And just a few more times now say this to yourself…

I do always feel calm and confident in the water… I do always feel calm and confident in the water… and you do…

you do always feel calm and confident in water because you’re now in control… you’re in control of your thoughts… you’re in control of your emotions…

and because you’re in control of your thoughts… because you’re in control of your emotions… it means… it does mean that you do now always feel calm…

you always feel confident in the water… you always feel relaxed and you just feel confident in yourself when near water…

you’re moving forward now…bringing so many positive things into your life… and every one of these ideas…

 

Every one of these suggestions grows stronger, become more and more real for you… every time you smile this wonderful idea,
